A 1980 graduate of Seton Hall School of Law, Barbara Ann Johnson-Stokes is a successful and seasoned litigator with 32 years of experience to her credit.  As a diligent trial attorney, Ms. Johnson-Stokes has prevailed in numerous civil trials.  Ms. Johnson-Stokes primarily represents the firm in its general and complex civil litigation matters.  Prior to joining the firm, she operated a successful law practice in Lawnside, New Jersey and Westmont, New Jersey for approximately seven years.  She also served as an Assistant County Counsel (part time) to Camden County.  Ms. Johnson-Stokes was employed for several years as a Senior Trial attorney handling insurance defense matters at the Law Office of Bernadette A. Duncan (CIGNA P & C Company) and at the Insurance Defense Firm of David B. Wright and Associates (State Farm Insurance Company). Ms. Johnson-Stokes earned her initial trial experience litigating criminal matters for five years as an Assistant Prosecutor and Senior Trial Attorney for the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office.
