Alexis Cotsalas graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 2010. Prior to becoming an Associate for the firm, Ms. Cotsalas appeared before multiple Municipal and Superior

Courts as a criminal defense attorney throughout the State. She assists with matters for the firm in its representation of all clients. She primarily focuses on matters of civil litigation for the firm’s attorneys by drafting motions, assisting with deposition preparation, conducting critical legal research, crucial document review and analysis for the firm’s attorneys to aid in pre-trial and post-trial representation for the firm’s clients. She also serves as an assistant editor for New Jersey legal author Robert Ramsey, Esq., and is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association. During law school Ms. Cotsalas was a practicing student attorney in the school’s Securities Arbitration Clinic where she met with clients regarding potential FINRA arbitrations, represented clients if needed and prepared client claims against retail broker/dealers. Ms. Cotsalas is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey.
